Where is the 2026 Everything Under the Sun Expo?

The Expo is always in Orlando and for 2026 will be in West Hall E of the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).

Where is the convention center and how do I get to Hall E?

The address is 9800 International Drive, Orlando.

Where do I park and how much does it cost?

The parking lot for West Hall E is located behind the West Concourse building. Overflow parking with shuttle service is available if needed. Parking fees are collected by OCCC; current rates can be found on their website here: https://www.occc.net/attendee-parking.

What are the Exhibit Hall hours?

Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

What items are prohibited in the Hall?

Firearms, outside food/drink, pets (other than service animals), and any illegal substances are not permitted.

What payment types are accepted at the OCCC?

The OCCC is a fully cashless venue.
All parking and food purchases on the OCCC property, including concessions, food courts and cafes, will only accept credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

What should I bring?

  • Registration confirmation (either print-out OR e-mail)
  • Photo ID to pick up badge
  • Credit card (NO CASH at registration!)
  • Business cards
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Portable phone charger
  • Notepad and pen for educational courses
  • Good walking shoes

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Unfortunately there is no guest Wi-Fi available.

Is there food located in the Exhibit Hall?

Food vendors are located in multiple areas throughout the convention center, including:

• Outside near registration
• Inside Exhibit Hall (food court area)

Where are the bathrooms located?

Bathrooms are located throughout the Exhibit Hall and in the registration area.
