Since 1977, Van Kirk Custom Pools has proudly been a member of the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA). The other day I went to renew a prescription and was told my insurance would not cover this drug at this time. The price for the non generic drug was $600 and the generic was $400. How to become a FSPA member
- Review FSPA Criteria to determine if you qualify for membership.
- Determine your FSPA Category.
- Complete our annual membership application.
- Provide required documentation UPLOAD HERE.
– Certificate of liability insurance.
– Proof of workers’ compensation or exemption. - Include your dues payment with your application.
The membership office will notify you when your application review is completed by your local FSPA Chapter. Thank you for applying for FSPA membership.
